(Must read the terms & condition carefully)

  • The IDAB Excellence in Interior Design Award 2024 is organised by the Interior Designers Association of Bangladesh (IDAB).
  • All entries must be submitted via the IDAB Excellence in Interior Design Award 2024 online-submission website. You will get five category types to choose from and participate in the award program.
  • Enter all the entry details on the online form and attach the required entry materials. A separate entry form is required for each project submitted.
  • There must NOT be any mark or identification (e.g. name/logo/watermark) of the Entrants on ANY of the Entry Materials, including the project briefs, plans and photos. If marked the projects will be disqualified.
  • If you wish to submit the same entry for multiple categories, you may duplicate the entry and submit for a different award category.
  • All materials submitted for IDAB Excellence in Interior Design Award 2024 must in no way infringe the copyright laws of Bangladesh.
  • The entries are submitted and accepted on the agreement by the Entrants that there are no restrictions or fees payable for their reproduction by the Organizer of the Awards, and that the owner of the premises has given consent for nomination. IDAB reserve the right to reproduce any of the Entry Materials in IDAB’s media and publications, and in other media and publications authorized by IDAB.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to retain, for any period necessary, all materials submitted for the purpose of exhibition and publication, and NO payment, fee or charge will be made whatsoever to any Interior Designer, person or firm for such entries published.
  • IDAB will not be responsible for the costs incurred for any of the submissions.
  • It shall be the sole discretion of the Judges to give Awards for one or more or none of the listed categories. Decisions made are final, and no correspondence, queries and matters related directly or indirectly to the Awards will be entertained.
  • Finalists and Winning entries submitted for previous IDAB-organized competitions are not eligible for consideration and are not permitted to be proposed for IDAB Excellence in Interior Design Award 2024 and will be automatically disqualified if submitted.
  • The winners may be required to present their works upon invitation and request by IDAB.
  • Entries may be selected by IDAB to participate in other competitions, events, exhibitions, etc. at IDAB’s discretion.
  • Only the name of the registered Interior Designer or Company in-charge of the winning project will be recognized in the award and one the trophy.
  • IDAB as the Organizer, reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the IDAB Excellence in Interior Design Award 2024 as and when it deems necessary, in the interest and objectives of IDAB.
  • Any IDAB committee, sub-committee or responsible designer or company of IDAB and jury cannot attend the IDAB Excellence in Interior Design Award 2024

All entries must be submitted online, and payment made by Tuesday, 30 September 2025, 11.59pm.

Submission Requirements

1. A1 Landscape panel (horizontal), including photographs and images and multiple A1 can be used for design perspective.

• Min of 8 up to max. of 15 photographs, not exceeding 10 MB
• Resolution: 150 – 300 dpi/ More than 2000-pixel width
• Format: PDF (In one File) file | Colors: RGB

2. Min 8 to Max of 15 photographs of your projects must accompany your submission. (Photographs must be entrants’ original shots) not exceeding 10 MB

3. Floor plan with furniture layout plan in PDF

4. Design concept and project brief in A1
